3. No Employment or Placement Guarantee

CareerSetu Pro does not guarantee employment, job placement, interview selection, employer response, salary, offer letter, joining date or any particular career outcome.

Creating an account, applying for a job, completing an assessment, purchasing an applicable service or participating in an interview does not create any guarantee of employment.

Recruitment and employment decisions remain subject to the requirements, evaluation and independent decision of the relevant employer or organisation.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of using the services offered through CareerSetu Pro. Where applicable law requires parental, guardian or other consent, you are responsible for obtaining that consent before using the relevant service.

You must provide accurate information concerning your eligibility, qualifications and other information relevant to your use of the platform.

5. Candidate Accounts

Certain CareerSetu Pro services may require creation of a candidate account.

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain only accounts you are authorised to use
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Use a secure password
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorised account access
• Keep important profile information reasonably up to date

You are responsible for activities performed through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Candidate Information

Information submitted through CareerSetu Pro, including profile information, qualifications, experience, resumes and documents, should be accurate and should not intentionally misrepresent your identity, experience or eligibility.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any information or document uploaded through your account.

7. Job Opportunities and Listings

Job information displayed through CareerSetu Pro may be provided or approved by employers, organisations or authorised platform administrators.

Job requirements, eligibility criteria, vacancies, salary information, location, recruitment stages and availability may change.

CareerSetu Pro does not guarantee that every job opportunity will remain available for a particular period or that every candidate will qualify for or receive a response to an application.

8. Job Applications

When you apply for an opportunity, you authorise CareerSetu Pro to process the information necessary to facilitate that application.

Relevant candidate information may be made available to the employer or organisation associated with the opportunity, subject to the applicable platform process and Privacy Policy.

Submission of an application does not guarantee review, shortlisting, interview or employment.

9. Assessments

CareerSetu Pro may provide career, employability, skills or other assessments. Assessment availability, structure, duration, scoring and eligibility may vary.

Assessment results are intended to support the applicable service or evaluation process and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of employment or professional suitability.

Users must complete assessments honestly and must not attempt to manipulate results, interfere with assessment systems or obtain unauthorised assistance where such assistance is prohibited.

10. Interview Facilitation

CareerSetu Pro may assist with interview scheduling, communication or facilitation where such services are available.

Interview invitations may depend on candidate eligibility, employer requirements, assessment results or other recruitment criteria.

Participation in an interview does not guarantee selection, employment or any particular outcome.

11. Paid Services and Service Fees

Some CareerSetu Pro services may be offered for a fee. Where a fee applies, the relevant price and service information should be disclosed before payment.

A service fee is payment for the applicable service described at the time of purchase. It must not be interpreted as payment for a job, guaranteed interview, guaranteed placement or guaranteed employment.

Account creation should be distinguished from any separately offered paid service unless the website expressly states otherwise.

12. Payments

Where payment functionality is available, users are responsible for providing accurate payment-related information and completing payment through the payment method made available by CareerSetu Pro.

Payment processing may involve external financial institutions or payment service providers. Their independent terms and policies may also apply to the payment transaction.

A transaction should only be treated as successfully completed after the platform or relevant payment provider confirms the applicable payment status.

13. Refunds

Refund eligibility, where applicable, is governed by the CareerSetu Pro Refund Policy and the circumstances of the relevant transaction.

14. Prohibited Activities

You must not misuse CareerSetu Pro or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

• Providing intentionally false candidate information
• Impersonating another person
• Uploading fraudulent or unauthorised documents
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another account
• Attempting to bypass platform security
• Manipulating assessments or application processes
• Introducing malicious software or code
• Interfering with platform availability
• Using automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts the service
• Using the platform for unlawful, misleading or fraudulent activity

15. Account Restriction or Suspension

CareerSetu Pro may restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks, misuse, unlawful activity, material violations of these Terms or risks to other users or the platform.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, users may be given an opportunity to contact support regarding an account restriction.

16. Employers and Third Parties

Employers, companies and other organisations involved in recruitment are independent parties unless expressly stated otherwise.

CareerSetu Pro does not control every employment decision, recruitment requirement or action taken by an independent employer.

Candidates should independently review employment terms, job details and employer communications before making significant employment-related decisions.

17. Recruitment Safety

Candidates should exercise reasonable caution when communicating with recruiters, employers or other third parties.

Do not share passwords, OTPs, banking credentials or other highly sensitive authentication information in response to suspicious communications.

If you receive suspicious communication claiming to represent CareerSetu Pro, you should verify it through the official contact channels published on the website.

18. Intellectual Property

The CareerSetu Pro website, platform design, software, branding, original content and other protected materials may be subject to intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, exploit or commercially use protected platform materials without appropriate authorisation, except where permitted by law.

19. User-Submitted Content

You retain responsibility for information and documents you submit to CareerSetu Pro.

By submitting information necessary to use a platform feature, you authorise CareerSetu Pro to process that information to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, operate the platform and comply with applicable obligations.

20. Platform Availability

CareerSetu Pro aims to maintain reliable platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical problems, security events, third-party services, internet availability or circumstances outside reasonable control.
